Sessions are available virtually or by phone. Flexible scheduling is available to support your lifestyle and time zone.
Cancellation Policy
Confidentiality & Privacy Agreement Statement I understand that all coaching sessions with Cicely E. Burke are conducted in a confidential and professional manner. All personal information shared during our sessions will remain strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without my written consent, unless required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, court order). I acknowledge and understand the Privacy Policy, which includes but is not limited to: My personal information will be securely stored and not shared or sold. Any notes taken during sessions are used solely for the purpose of supporting my progress. Communication through email, text, or phone is also treated as confidential. I may request access to or deletion of my records at any time. By proceeding with coaching services, I confirm that I have read and understood this confidentiality and privacy policy and agree to these terms. Please respond with “YES” to indicate your agreement. There are no refunds for any service offered. It's important to understand I have opened availability to guide you, mentor you, and assist you as your business coach to encourage you to your highest potential of success, and part of that is requiring a commitment from you that you are fully invested in your selected service. When refunds are an option, you may want to seek assistance from elsewhere, you have to condition your mindset to want better, and be ready to be coachable. It is to YOUR best intentions, YOUR mindset, to YOUR benefit to decide BEFORE purchasing your selected service and committing to work with me that I am the right fit for you. If you’re in, you need to be 100% in, just as I will be for you.
